BRAND MODERNIZATION
Omni-channel Implementation
Led a full-scope brand redesign with internal team and agency.
Created consistency, optimized brand messaging and positioning across digital platforms, email campaigns, signage, print, and The Bridge Bulletin, our monthly member magazine.


WEBSITE REDESIGN
In-house Project
Launched a full website redesign in 2021; retired outdated technologies and consolidated content. Optimized for SEO and member engagement.
BRAND COMMUNICATION
Member Campaigns & Special Events
Migrated 80K+ members to online event play (up from 10K), exceeding pre-pandemic revenue forecasts by a notable amount. Created bi-monthly member newsletter to create consistency and engagement with online events and news. Held multiple member appreciation events which increased social media traffic and followers.


NORTH AMERICAN BRIDGE CHAMPIONSHIPS
Risk Mitigation, Crisis Communication & Brand
Led the National Events team to plan, manage, and negotiate large scale event contracts and mitigate corporate liability. Negotiated a timely exit from five NABC event contracts, avoiding $5.4MM+ in damages. Renegotiated future contracts to reduce liability by an additional $1.7MM. Ensured the proper safety, communication, and event management frameworks were in place to facilitate a safe return to face-to-face play. Managed the Fall 2021, Spring 2022, and Summer NABCs, 10-day national events serving 2.2K+ members each.
DIGITAL PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT
Driving Tournament Engagement
Co-developed and launched a major technology initiative and digital tournament management platform to drive member engagement. Worked with outside development team to document business use-cases, manage brand standards and UX & UI. Created iterative testing strategy and communication plans with key stakeholder groups while working to phase out legacy technology.
